About Bill Kassel Novelist/Songwriter/Singer Bill Kassel is a writer who has had an extremely varied career. He has been a journalist, public relations consultant and media analyst, has held staff positions with such prestigious companies as Dow Jones and McGraw-Hill, and even served as marketing director for Guitar Player Magazine. He was also director of public affairs for Hillsdale College. In addition, he has broad experience as a liturgical musician and Christian entertainer. Writing under his own byline or as a ghostwriter for others, he has authored articles appearing in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, USA Today, Newsweek, National Catholic Register, American Legion Magazine, and numerous other publications. Mr. Kassel is married with two grown children. He and his wife, Kathleen, reside in Michigan.
